Shipping Information:
At the moment our shipping costs are based on a flat rate. We currently use USPS (United States Postal Service) - Priority Mail as our preferred shipping option. To expedite your shipping time you may 'Contact Us' to request an Express shipping option upon check-out. The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities to you; (processing times may vary and are longer for custom items). Please note that "business days" means Monday through Friday, not including weekends and holidays.
USPS Priority 2-3 business days (standard option)
USPS International 6-10 business days.

Return Policy
At the Gliss Collection, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may exchange or return your unworn or unused merchandise with original tags within 14 days of the date of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be required to pay for return shipping, unless it has been determined that we are responsible for the error. In that case, a return authorization and shipping label will be sent to you.
